At GrayWhisker, we strive to provide the highest quality products for senior dog owners. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Product must be in original packaging and condition
• Refunds only issued for products purchased on GrayWhisker.com

Return Process

1. Contact us at graywhiskerco@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product
2. Once approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging shipment back to us within 7 days
3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns

Refunds

• Issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return
• Original shipping costs and any additional fees are non-refundable

Exceptions

• Items damaged due to misuse or neglect are not eligible for return
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
