Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Times Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days after processing. We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible because we know your pet needs it.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $4.99.

Order Tracking Every order comes with full tracking. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping Locations We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days please contact us and we will investigate immediately and make it right.
